Grandy House Corporation is a Japan-based real estate company. The Company operates in two business segments. The Real Estate Sale segment is engaged in the purchase of land for sales, the authorization of development licenses, the management of residential land developing works, the design, construction and sale of housings, as well as the provision of maintenance services, mainly in Tochigi, Ibaraki, Gunma and Chiba Prefectures. This segment is also involved in the sale of used houses and construction materials, as well as the renovation business.
