GraphicSchedule enables me to present complicated multi-year projects on one nice-looking page, which helps our team see the big picture and understand the relationships between activities. The one-page schedule shows at a glance what activities will be happening at the same time so we can be aware of that, and makes it much easier to figure out our crew and equipment needs without having to flip through many pages of schedules to find that information.
