Gravity Coffee Company will be offering two proven industry wide models, a Drive-Thru Coffee Kiosk and a Drive-Thru Coffeehouse. The first model is the building that may range from as small as 10 feet by 15 feet, to as large as 20 feet by 20 feet or larger. You see these in the parking lots of shopping centers near the main road, or at the local fuel stations. The second model is the more traditional concept you see at the large retail shopping centers, on a building end cap with the drive-thru window, or something similar to this. Both concepts have their advantages and disadvantages depending on several aspects of what the operator is trying to accomplish. The Founder of Gravity Coffee Company comes with years of franchising experience, both as a franchisor and franchisee in several states. From creating brands such as Desert Sun Tanning Salons to building and operating a large restaurant/bar, Gravity's Founder, has been able to take the customer experience and combine that with his franchising experience to create a new, edgy, model that will take drive-thru coffee to another level. Appearance along with location are two of the most important aspects of any retail business, Gravity Coffee Co will not only have the edge with these, but also many more retail aspects of business. From state of the art point of sale systems, rewards programs, and pre-paid systems, to our custom Gravity Coffee Company App available for download, we will always be a step ahead in innovation; not just with our look and feel, but also in the daily operations inside and out. Making the customer experience both fast and consistent are the two of the most important customers service aspects of our model. Gravity Baristas or "Gravistas" as we call them, are trained with no less than 25 hours of intense training in the early stages of employment. We will never sacrifice quality for quantity as many large operators do. Finding the real estate and negotiating leases for coffee locations is part of the process we spend a great amount of time on, both for growing our corporate store count, and for future licensed or franchised locations. Gravity's Founder while negotiating over 150 retail leases and extensions throughout the west coast, has gained a vast knowledge about what the landlord is trying to achieve throughout its negotiations, and can use that knowledge to assist licensees and franchisees in obtaining a competitive lease. Gravity's Founder knows how to negotiate with landlords for free rent, and TI Allowances that help pay for large percentages of the build out costs, or even sometimes all of the build out costs. Gravity Coffee Co. will be partnered with all its Licensees and Franchisees to offer continued support with expansion and growth. With this comes training for employees and baristas, marketing plans and assistance, IT and computer related support, real estate assistance, consultation with book keeping and financial training with regard to the coffee business, POS support, app support, and much more. We will also offer tremendous support through our carefully selected vendors that will always be expected to offer everyone in the Gravity Family the best support possible. Our vendors will be evaluated each year, and if they are not meeting the high standards we put on them, we will make sure we have several others waiting eagerly to step into their roles as part of our support system. The most important attribute to our business is our coffee. Our coffee has gone through a long and rigorous timeline of development and tastings to become what it has today. Our roasters 25 years of experience, along with our near year-long trials have created a smooth, rich, and bold taste that will leave you feeling like our coffee is the gravity keeping you here on earth.
