Great Lakes Bay Health Centers

Great Lakes Bay Health Centers operates three pharmacies inside the Janes Street, Davenport and Bay City South centers providing an important service for patients. GLBHC participates in the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program, which gives health centers access to outpatient prescription drugs at reduced prices. Any patient whose income level falls below 200 percent of Federal Poverty Guidelines is eligible to receive medication for as little as $4. The pharmacies are convenient and also offer free deliveries and medication management to support patients.
