Great Texas Foods

Great Texas Foods Incorporated (GTF) was established in 1992. GTF is located in Nacogdoches, Texas. GTF started in the restaurant business in 1992 when they opened the first Brazos Cattle Company. Two years later in 1994 GTF opened the award winning Café Del Rio Tex-Mex restaurants. January 2003 GTF purchased the Ralph & Kacoo's Seafood Restaurants that were first established in 1969. Ralph & Kacoo's still uses some of the very same recipes 46 years later. In 2003 they also purchased the Bistro Mezzaluna Italian Restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
