Greencroft Bottling is celebrating 10 years in 2013 and in this time it has grown to be one of the largest wine bottlers in Europe. In 2012 we filled over 71 million bottles and this figure is increasing each year. Our state of the art bottling facility is the most modern in the UK and our aim is to use the latest high tech machinery. February 2012 saw our largest filling line to date being delivered brand new from Italy, capable of filling 17,000 bottles an hour. In April 2012 we were the recipients of the first, dedicated to wine only, high speed TetraPak filling line in the UK. This fills an award winning 'prism' pack with wine in both 750ml & 1000ml sizes. Greencroft is currently operating 5 large state of the art bottling lines 6 days per week & are capable of filling over 50,000 bottles per hour. Our Customers include well known brand owners, multiple retailers & agents, with the wine being filled for all sectors of the domestic & export markets. Our bottling lines can fill a variety of sizes of bottle including 18.75cl, 25cl, 50cl, 70cl, 75cl & 100cl in glass, PET & also Tetra Pak. We are the world's biggest filler of 187ml ¼ bottles and with pre and post gas management system we offer second to none shelf life in UK wine filling. Our 70,000 sq. ft. bottling facility & 240,000 sq. ft. of bonded storage enables us to offer a comprehensive bottling, bonding & distribution service. All wine is cellared & bottled under insert gas, & stored in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling. A comprehensive range of tank sizes enables us to hold all wine in ideal conditions prior to bottling. We offer bespoke caps & cartons on request and our wrap round packaging, tray & shrink pack options enable us to deliver the most efficient packaging options to our customers.
