Green Mesa Consulting was founded by Amy Pasquale in 2013. Amy Pasquale has worked as an executive coach, facilitator, and business consultant since 2006. Prior to that, Amy spent ten years at the American Express Company in various leadership roles within Marketing, Client Management, Six Sigma and Interactive Development. As an executive coach and organizational development consultant, Amy relies on her varied skillset and background to quickly understand and relate to the organizational landscape within which her client operates. Amy then helps her clients focus on the root causes of business effectiveness, through their own development and relate to them on a personal level. Amy strives to maintain the right balance between theory and practice. She has a special talent for translating frameworks and theories into practical and meaningful insights business leaders can quickly adopt. Amy is experienced in several industries, including financial services, professional services, pharmaceuticals and not-for-profit. Amy currently serves as the President and Board Chair for the Organization Development Network of New York (ODN New York). ODN New York help New York OD practitioners stay on the leading edge of their field.
