Green Olive Company is family owned by Lisa and Brad McCormack. A degree in healthcare together with a passion for cooking and quality ingredients led Lisa to the opening of Green Olive Company. The goals in opening this store are to provide the freshest olive oil available and educate the public on the tremendous health benefits of this product. Green Olive Company features the largest, freshest selection of single varietal extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars on tap. We are proud to say that we consistently feature a host of award winning Ultra Premium Extra Virgin olive oils. Here at our store, we post the harvest date on every extra virgin olive oil we offer. In addition to the harvest date, the chemistry of an oil can tell you many things. We test our extra virgin olive oils for polyphenol count (antioxidant value) and oleic acid, the monounsaturated fat in Olive Oil that makes it so healthy.
