To accomplish this we will work with you to maximize your insurance benefits. Due to the various insurance policies only an estimated portion of the insurance benefits can be given. The estimated patient portion will be required at the time of service. To accomodate our patients we will file most insurance claims for your convenience. If any balance remains after we receive payment from your insurance company, the balance will be forwarded to you when billing is done every month. Remittance is due upon receipt. Please note that patient and/or guardian is ultimately responsible for all balances on your account. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff.
