Guiding Hands

Home of Guiding Hands is a non-profit organization that is committed to the best practices in our program delivery and service provision. We believe that individuals thrive where they can direct their own lives in a setting that offers a more fulfilling lifestyle, provides individualized attention, increased opportunities for self-sufficiency, and encourages greater community integration and success. Our programs include an independent living program, in-home respite program, early childhood development, adult family home agency, life planning project, counseling and family support services, and transportation services. HGH also provides individuals with residential training and support in our 31 homes located throughout San Diego County. We are one of the largest providers in San Diego County serving more than 3,200 children, adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities.
