Gunite Pools of Nassau is a privately owned pool construction and service company. It is a wholly Bahamian owned company, incorporated in the Bahamas. Peter and John Whitehead founded Gunite in 1972. Thomas joined the company in 1973 and it has been family run ever since. Phillip Whitehead is the most recent addition to the company in 2008 and Gunite is now entering into its 3rd generation of family ownership. We care deeply about our reputation and believe that good service is the only way to maintain it. Gunite Pools is a water solutions company. Offering services like pool construction, pool maintenance, pool service, technical repairs and retail. Gunite has grown in size, scope and experience. Having started in the residential market, Gunite Pools has expanded to become the largest pool construction company in the Caribbean, taking on some of the largest and most complex commercial projects in the region and become the go to company for high end residential pools in the Bahamas. Following in the footsteps of the construction division Gunite has also developed its pool service, repair and sales department becoming the largest pool equipment retailer in the Caribbean. We stock chlorine, filters, pumps and many other accessories. e have always been proud of our retail store. But we realize that our clients are busy and sometimes can't make it out to our store.
