Garden Valley School Division

Garden Valley School Division is a dynamic, innovative and visionary school division located in the heartland of industrialized south central Manitoba. It has a student population of about 4,300 and has seen a steady growth rate over the last number of years. The City of Winkler, the industrial hub and home to the division's administrative office, high school and four of its eight primary/elementary administrative units, has all of the amenities of a larger city within a rural setting. It is seventy-five minutes drive south of the capital, Winnipeg, and twenty minutes north of the United States border. Garden Valley School Division is a learning community. We believe education revolves around teamwork and trust and we provide a caring, interactive learning environment for both students and staff. Our dedicated staff offers an extensive range of high quality programs and services to support the educational process. Students are invited to learn, grow and discover what it means to be part of a diverse community that focuses on strong relationships and academic excellence.
