We are a well established, family run, 3 Star, Guest House, where you can be assured of a warm, friendly, and relaxing holiday atmosphere. We have our own Private On Site Parking, which you will find invaluable, especially during the busiest part of the season. We are located in a quiet, but central location, just one road back from the Seafront, overlooking Wellesley Park and the Sea. We have Double, Single, Twin and Family Bedrooms, all fully en-suite, with unrestricted views, tastefully decorated and equipped, to ensure your stay is comfortable. Breakfast is served in our Dining Room, with a wide and varied menu provided, with Special Needs and Diets catered for. Our cosy Guest Lounge is the ideal place to relax and unwind, watch TV, and enjoy a drink from the Bar. We offer daily and weekly rates for Bed and Breakfast, together with short breaks. There are reductions for the over 60's, and Children, aged 3 to 12 years old.
