Health 1 Technologies was founded over a decade ago in 2006 by Jennifer Monahan and Rahul Patel to fill a specific need in the small physician practice space. Our initial goal was to be the practice's "one stop shop" for all issues or services. We felt practices were often caught in the middle of vendor "finger-pointing" and didn't know to whom to turn. Rahul's technical & revenue cycle background and Jennifer's clinical background blended perfectly to offer that solution. Both Partners are involved in the daily operations of the organization along with an extremely experienced and knowledgeable team. As the push for Electronic Health Records continued, Health 1 was able to grow by really understanding a practice's needs and providing flexible and comprehensive service around Electronic Medical Records and Practice Management systems. Initially we provided implementation and training services along with "boots on the ground" technical support for physical servers and devices. As the healthcare market changed, we added on additional services and solutions that continued to meet our client's changing practices needs. Today, we host our client systems in our data center, provide medical billing services, and continue to expand on our range of services that are directly linked to the optimization of the Electronic Health Record and Practice Management into the physician practice, while providing direct leadership in the various quality program regulations. We look forward to the next decade of service to our clients and the healthcare industry as a whole.
