CLIENT: We engaged Hahn to help us set up in Australia and repatriate products that we'd previously out-licensed. We needed an experienced management team who could project manage registration, reimbursement, distribution and analyse the market in preparation for launch. We also needed to quickly hire and deploy a top-class sales team - not just any team, but the very best representatives that we could find. CRAIG: I had to ensure that there were multiple members of the Hahn team engaged in the delivery of this project which also required market analysis, sales force and territory design, CRM development and reporting requirements. RAYNI: I took on the project management required to execute the Australian strategy. I identified partners to register products, met and assessed distribution partners and managed the relationship with the leadership team of the client based in Asia. SIMON: While Rayni was facilitating the setup of the company I was responsible for helping put together a national team of hybrid specialist and primary care sales reps to re-launch the marketed products. We had the team built, trained and on the road in 6 weeks.
