Established in 1975 Hamilton Marino Builders quickly developed a strong reputation as a builder of grand architect-designed homes on large sites in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. In the early 90's Hamilton Marino diversified to meet the demands of a changing market. After gaining a wealth of experience in multi-storey apartment construction the company now focuses on this specialised area and does so with a proven value- added operational model that delivers outstanding results. The company continued its growth in 1999 with Fred McKenzie and Tony Farren becoming directors. Matthew Green and Shaun O'Connell became directors in 2005 and the company now turns over $120 million per year and has a full time workforce of 90 employees. The company has achieved continued growth over the past 14 years on the back of repeat clients, increased project size, prudent financial management and an unwavering commitment to the delivery of our projects.
