Hand Construction was established in 2001. We started off in residential construction, building apartments and single family homes in the South Georgia area. Although we still do single family homes, we have grown into other areas like commercial and retail construction as well. Since we started in the business in 2001, we now have experience in multifamily construction, school construction, daycares, hotels, retail strip malls, commercial buildings, pre-engineered metal buildings, and professional offices. We feel we now have all the experience and expertise of a much larger construction company, while we continue to maintain the expenses and overhead of a much smaller one. This is a value that we pass on to our customers. We can now provide design build services, construction management, or turnkey construction. We hold a Georgia General Contractors License. Over the years in this business, we have learned the importance of a few things. Time, costs, and quality of work along with good customer service are what really matter. We also develop projects for ourselves as well as our customers. We think this gives us a unique perspective. This allows us to anticipate our customer's wants and needs before they tell us, making the experience better and less stressful for our customers. This is the reason we always strive to improve on completing each project on time, on budget, and to the exact specifications of our customers.
