We serve 12 counties (St. Joseph, Elkhart, La Grange, Steuben, Noble, Dekhalb, Whitley, Allen, Huntington, Adams, Wells, and Grant). First Steps is a home-base, early intervention, program designed to serve children Birth to 3 years of age who are showing delayed milestones.
