Hangzhou Hangyang Co.

In 1950, Zhejiang Iron Works was established (the former company of Hangyang, merged from two ordnance repair works and two automobile repair works under the management of the Kuomintang army). In 1953, Zhejiang Iron Works was renamed State-operated Hangzhou General Machinery Works, starting the trial production of air separation units. In 1956, Hangyang successfully manufactured and commissioned the first set of 30m3/h air separation plant in China. In 1957, invested by the state, the first manufacturing base for air separation and liquefaction unit in China was established in Hangzhou General Machinery Works. In 1958, Hangzhou General Machinery Works was renamed as Hangzhou Oxygen Plant Factory. In 1960,Hangzhou Oxygen Plant Research Institute was set up and a 2,000m3 workshop for trial production was built. In 1972, Hangyang took its second phase expansion, reached the capability of designing and manufacturing of large and medium air separation units of over 6,000 Nm3/h. In 1993, Hangzhou Oxygen Plant Group Company was established. In 2000, 26 subsidiaries with independent legal executives were established. On 28th of December ,Hangzhou Hangyang Technology Co.Ltd. was set up. In 2002, Hangzhou Hangyang Co.,LTD was established because of reform in our stock sharing system. In 2009, Hangyang Lin'an manufacturing base was completed and put into running. In 2010, Hangzhou Hangyang Co.Ltd was listed at Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
