Our team is passionate, on the ground, and good looking. We are not working from the sidelines, but directly involved with each project, each trip, and each precious individual we support. Carlos is passionate about reaching others with Gods radical love. He is a provocative preacher who serves communities and loves to pastor prisoners, young adults and anyone who dares to think differently. For 15 years he has been traveling the world reaching broken people with hugs, passion and the stories in Luke 15. He is the author of Simply Sonship, Drop The Stones and the upcoming, Proximity. His main passions are leading The Happy NPO and spending time with his wife, Catherine and their 3 adorable children. Oh yeah, he also wants everyone to know that hes a Puerto Rican (living in Puerto Rico) and he cant wait to host you there. Yuki hails from Tokyo, Japan and has been on a huge adventure for over a decade which led her to live in three different continents (and counting) so far. Her global lifestyle gave her a passion to be a bridge between cultures and countries and its her dream to be able to relate to anyone she may come across. She works behind the scenes to organize every Happy NPO trip, manage our customer service, and all our internal communications. You wouldnt believe it, but she can also prepare an amazing sushi using Coca Cola as the main ingredient. Random but delicious. Ned is from the mountains of Georgia. This true southern man is an entrepreneur and runs his own business in North Carolina. He has a brilliant and creative mind that helps and challenges people to think outside of the box which encourages them to be who they are. He is our liaison in the US and also serves as part of the board of Happy NPO. He makes only the best Indian curry! No doubt hell invite you over for a meal when youre around him.
