Did you know? All HARD cribs and youth beds (for Home Care and Hospital use) are classified as medical devices and are subject to the US FDA regulations. The FDA requires more restrictive oversight and procedures than the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). These products are not impacted by the 2010 Drop Side Ban issued by the CPSC.
