Hard Rock Construction

Hard Rock Construction was founded by Carl Panebiango and Jeff Young in 1989. They started boldly with a used curb and gutter machine and a strong desire to establish their own niche in the heavy construction business. While almost complete strangers in the beginning, Jeff and Carl soon discovered that their skills complimented each other. While Jeff excelled in bidding and administrative work, Carl was highly adept at outside field work and overseeing jobs on site. They quickly developed a reputation as the go-to contractor in and around the metro New Orleans area. While those first ten years required a Herculean effort, Hard Rock steadily acquired a highly skilled and professional team of personnel and equipment and was soon living up to an almost larger-than-life reputation. With the visionary duo of Carl and Jeff at the helm, Hard Rock developed into a company with a strong work ethic, pride in accomplishment and a commitment to getting the job done- even under the most extreme circumstances. Today, Hard Rock is a major force in the construction industry. Due to its solid reputation and business savvy, Hard Rock has developed and maintained numerous concrete construction contracts with the City of New Orleans, the City of Baton Rouge and Jefferson and St. Bernard parishes.
