Hariche Group

The Hariche Group Limited (HARICHE GROUP) is a limited liability company, established in 2009 by notarial deed of April 27, 2009, published in the Bulletin of the Republic number 19, Series III, dated of May 14, 2009. The Company is the result of the transformation of sole proprietorships of Hariche Arquissandas, the current majority shareholder and Managing Director. The Company was first established in 2000 and was aimed to the roofing sheets manufacturing. This was the Hariche Steel International, a proprietorship of Hariche Arquissandas. With the company's development, and new market opportunities, has been expanded to other business segments and hence the establishment of other companies, Super Distribudor, Sol Distribudor, Inso Aluminium, Hariche Cash & Carry and Hariche Glass. From this large group of sole proprietorships of Hariche Arquissandas was created the company HARICHE GROUP by Hariche Arquissandas and Cremilda Maganlal. The HARICHE GROUP has nine branches each of them is aimed to a specific business segment with comprehensive coverage and an extensive distribution network, delivering high quality, personalized and differentiated products and services targeted to meet the market needs. The GROUP is currently undergoing expansion with the establishment of a new factory, aimed to the production of wooden furniture; this will come to join the two existing factories, totalizing three processing factories within the group.
