Harmonee 2012 EOOD is a Bulgarian company engaged in the modernization and expansion of the zinc production of the former Lead-Zinc Complex in Kardjali, southern Bulgaria. The New Zinc Smelter is built entirely on new advance technology and compliant with all environmental requirements. The smelter will use highly efficient and energy effective innovative technologies with high degree of automatization. It is strategically located in close proximity to major southeastern ports in Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey and has well established local rail and road network.
