Harmony & Mobility Consulting is a Human Resources Agency settled in Beijing, launched by 3 French consultants in 2009: Catherine LazBounatirou, Françoise Carbonnel and Marie Rivière, who have 15 years experience as HR advisers, coaches and trainers. Harmony & Mobility Consulting is specialized in helping and driving the expatriates and the spouses, in their MOBILITY and their INTEGRATION. "When we met in October 2008, we realized we had the same overall view about expatriation: the success of the expatriation is due to the self-fulfilment of the expatriate and the spouse, both in their professional and personal life's. The creation of our HR Agency was blindingly obvious. We developed different personalised HR support services specially designed for the expatriates' needs and the cross-cultural teams". Nowdays, Harmony & Mobility Consulting is settled in Singapore, in Casablanca and before the end of the year in Brussels.
