Jim Harting, the President of HAI, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) who has been providing EAP counseling services since 1972. Jim developed DAYBREAK EAP Software when he realized there was no other software on the market to manage and address the specific operational needs of an EAP business.
