Harvest Hosts

Harvest Hosts is the culmination of years of travel and observation by us, Kim and Don Greene. We are avid travelers who have visited over 70 countries together over the last 20 years and have logged over 200,000 miles in various RVs over the past decade. We learned and benefited so much from our travels that in 2000, we founded the educational non-profit organization, Adventure Learning Foundation (ALF). As founders and expedition leaders of ALF we traveled with our motorhome throughout Mexico, Central America and South America, New Zealand, Australia, Morocco, Western Africa, Western Europe and Scandinavia. In addition to the rewards of educating people about interesting cultures and places, this wonderful experience provided us with the opportunity to meet members of the RVing community around the world, and on our journeys across Europe, we discovered networks such as France Passion that allow motorhomes to park overnight at wineries and farms for free. Our desire to bring this concept to North America has received widespread support from both the agri-tourism and RVing communities and we are very pleased to offer you the fun opportunities of Harvest Hosts.
