Hasio Investments
Hasio has grown in assets under management by staying true to our original focus of finding companies that have potential for growth in the industrial sector. We seek to invest in companies positioned to benefit from changing industry dynamics, which often calls for strategies developed by experienced industry managers. Hasio considers the capabilities of a potential portfolio company's executive team and the ensuring partnerships it forms, a critical component of its investment strategy. This allows Hasio to pursue its strategy of identifying hidden market leaders operating in dynamic sectors which, when combined with the fund's unique competitive advantage of market experience, structuring flexibility, governmental relations and transactional efficiency, leads to superior growth and value creation. In 2000 Jim Richards, a former director at Park Capital Partners (UK) along with Philippe Lamarche director at CG Investors Advisory along with investor G.Jensen identified a growing opportunity to invest in lower middle market businesses in Central Europe. Very few investment professionals, with global experience and relationships are focused on the double digit GDP growth in Central Europe. Seeing this opportunity, Hasio's founders set about to apply their expertise to investing within the growing manufacturing, transportation and distribution sectors. Applying a focus on the unique issues that accompany transactions with family-owned and lower middle market businesses in uncertain business environments.
