At The Hawth Theatre we provide: A varied programme, ensuring we cater for everyone We monitor our programme balance throughout the year, producing quarterly and annual reports A welcoming environment for everyone A designated seating area for wheelchair users and their helpers A loop system for the hard of hearing Booster cushions (bookable in advance) for children A lift Designated parking for disabled persons Level access to the building Toilet facilities for disabled people Signed and Audio Described Performances for Deaf and Visually Impaired customers A seat reservation service We will endeavour to ensure that our on line booking service is available at all times Our Box Office is open from 10.00 a.m. to 8.15 p.m. Monday to Saturday, except during our three week August maintenance period when it will be open from 10.00 a.m. until 6.00 p.m. Our Box Office staff will offer you the seat of your choice if available, or the next best choice of seat(s) If booking over the telephone, your tickets will be sent out within 2 working days except during the Christmas week, when we will hold your tickets for collection until normal postal services resume in the New Year. Our Box Office service will always be open for ticket collection prior to a show Your call will be answered by our automated telephone system within 15 seconds. We aim to transfer 90% of our calls to an operator within 2 minutes. If, due to circumstances beyond your control, you are unable to attend a performance, we will usually offer you a credit voucher, as long as the tickets are returned to the Box office 1 day before the show. Unfortunately, this is subject to some exceptions, in which case we will endeavour to re-sell your tickets.
