Hayes Davidson specialises in the visualisation of architecture and the built environment, collaborating with many of the world's top architects, designers and developers. Working on projects located around the world, the studio has produced over 20,000 'virtual' or 'CGI' images since it was founded in 1989. Based in Paddington in central London, the studio includes architects, artists and photographers, and is 100 percent employee owned. The team is highly experienced in helping clients to win planning permission, gain press coverage and market high-end commercial and residential property. The studio is known for maintaining the highest standards of work and client service. The team has worked on projects in the UK, Europe, China, New York, Miami and Hawaii. London projects include The Shard, King's Cross, BBC Television Centre, Bloomberg, One Hyde Park, Earl's Court and Tate Modern.
