Hazlemere Window Company Ltd thanks to its Commercial Division are the largest independent double glazing manufacturers, suppliers and installers in their region. Their workforce of nearly 100, are all highly skilled and motivated, many of whom have been with the company for decades. This stability, which is unusual in the double glazing industry, has enabled them to generally promote from within over the last two decades, thereby retaining the skills, enthusiasm and dedication within the business. Hazlemere's CNC cutting machines directly link to software utilised by Hazlemere Commercial for estimating and production. This high tech Computer Numerically Controlled machine works in conjunction with double head mitre saw utilising bar code labels/scanner, speeding up the whole aluminium manufacturing process. Very accurate/routing preps achieved by this extremely accurate CNC machine. Having invested in technologically advanced machinery, it takes away the need to be constantly setting up copy routers and measuring for location of preps, etc, thereby increasing both accuracy and speed of Hazlemere Commercial's manufacture, whilst improving quality and consistency of window, door and curtain wall production.
