The team members have worked together for more than thirteen years primarily while creating/managing KeyBank's Real Estate Private Equity Group and Hunter Chase and Company. HCCP principals have been responsible for originating, underwriting and asset managing and/or liquidating more than $2 billion in equity since 1994.
