HealthConsult has offices located in Sydney and Melbourne, ensuring easy access to our services for clients in those two States. Presently, we have seven full time staff. Our plans are to sustain a high quality team of about eight full-time staff, large enough to allow us to undertake projects of significant size but small enough to ensure we retain the ability to have direct involvement of the principals in all our assignments. HealthConsult will also engage specialist advisors on a regular basis where specific expertise that cannot be provided by one of our team members is needed by our clients. In most cases our principals have worked with these specialist advisors over many years, thereby assuring our clients of access to specialised expertise from a team that has experience in successfully working together. This mixed staff and specialist advisor strategy allows retention of our quality focus while enabling our team to take on projects of considerable complexity and size.
