Headquartered in West Chester, PA, we keep our focus on providing the best possible service to our customers. Our goal is to meet every client's needs and exceed every client's expectations. This strategy has allowed us to become a preferred service provider to QVC and develop solid relationships with world-class vendors. Our Lancaster facility has been designed to meet the forecasted needs of our apparel and accessories operations, with storage capacity to accommodate approximately 28 tractor-trailers worth of goods. We are strictly trained to use our onsite ozone chamber, spot cleaning equipment, and IT workstations connected directly to QVC for quality. Additionally, our Florence facility provides hard goods and jewelry & apparel in designated work areas. Our jewelry area is equipped with a number of jeweler stations, superior lighting, and secured inventory areas. This facility also has GOH capability and air filters on all exhaust fans to maintain a clean dust-free environment for quality assurance. img
