Founded in 1997, HOA's mission is to teach the values at the heart of America and to help people, particularly children, learn that they help themselves when they help others. All of our programs support this mission and encourage volunteer service, while helping children learn to read, succeed and make a difference. Recent work includes hurricane relief efforts and a charitable fundraiser.
