Hebou Constructions (PNG) Ltd is a mid-tier, family-owned civil engineering contractor. It has been operating in Port Moresby, Central Province and around PNG for over 40 years, and is proud of its history and its reputation for quality. Hebou builds and renews roads, airfields, lay down areas and carparks. It undertakes the bulk earthworks that enable these works, as well as the many associated services that attach to them. Hebou maintains specialised capabilities in road surfacing and pavement stabilisation/rehabilitation. Hebou employs almost 400 Papua New Guineans and expatriates, and is committed to their safety, health and safety, training and career progression. We work together with our clients, partners, subcontractors and suppliers to build communities in Port Moresby and Central, and connect them to amenity and opportunity.
