Hegenes Management, Inc. was founded in 1973. Our motto has always been, "People Caring Management", as we value each resident and believe they deserve to be treated with respect. Our properties are managed and maintained at a quality level that all would be proud to call home. Hegenes Management has been involved in the management and/or ownership of over 4,000 apartment rental homes and is currently managing properties in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area, Fargo/Moorhead area, as well as Alexandria and Duluth, Minnesota.
