Henry O. Baker first founded his insurance and real estate agency in 1923 based on the principles of community service and ethical insurance practices. He probably didn't imagine that 90 years later, his business would be stronger than ever. Of course, Mr. Baker had a lot of help over the years turning the Henry O. In 1958, Mr. Baker was joined by Wharton Business graduate and Dover native Archibald Nicholas, Jr. Through passion, knowledge and a focus on client satisfaction, the team of Baker and Nicholas steadily built one of the area's most enduring business success stories. When Mr. Nicholas chose to retire in 1999, he left the company in the very capable hands of his daughter, Jennifer Nicholas.
