Liability for any defective part and / or supply shall be limited to Holiday House Distributing replacing the item with the same, or similar, part and/or supply. Holiday House Distributing shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, whether direct, incidental or consequential arising out of the purchase, use or the inability to use any part, parts or products sold by Holiday House Distributing. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the goods nor does Holiday House imply any warranty. Buyer shall void any manufacturer's warranty if the defective part and/or supply is subjected to abuse, improper use, or improper installation.
