About Harbor Health Services Harbor Health Services provides care for more than 34,000 patients through its network of community health centers and Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly in Boston, the South Shore, and Cape Cod. Our mission is to help individuals achieve their full potential through access to local, affordable services that promote health. Harbor Health serves communities in Greater Boston through two community health centers in Dorchester: Daniel Driscoll - Neponset Health Center and Geiger Gibson, the first community health center in the nation.
