HDL offers a 30-day guarantee for all full-time placements. If your driver does not meet your expectations, we will replace the driver free of charge. Temporary-to-full-time placement is always an option. Many of our clients are interested in hiring HDL's drivers on a temporary basis, before committing to full-time employment. Our "temp-to-perm" arrangement is the way to make the transition. Call us for information about this option.
