HiNet

HiNet, owned by Chunghwa Telecom, launched its service in 1995 and is now Taiwan,s largest ISP and has by far the largest number of users in Taiwan. HiNet has Taiwan,s most extensive high-speed information network and owns the largest number of dial-up and ADSL phone lines and operates 33 separate POP mail servers with over a 95 percent ADSL coverage rate throughout Taiwan and its surrounding islands.
