We are an independent startup with the objective of helping people make... better career decisions –whether that be selecting a major, starting a new job, or finding an online course. By doing this we assure lower dropout rates, higher job satisfaction, and more meaningful careers for our clients. Our education product both enables and improves a graduate’s career decisions, long before their first work experience. Thanks to Holland's psychometric test we are able to predict the most suitable major for any given candidate and perfectly match them with a university. Moreover, we are later able to continue to help the same candidate find a sustainable career path by taking advantage of psychometric assessments, chatbots, and machine learning. HiRY ensures a fast and efficient recruitment process that sees both recruiter and candidate have their needs met. We believe that moving mountains begins by carrying away small stones, which means that a great education path can start from something as modest as a thoughtfully chosen online course. Using the HiRY ecosystem we secure a candidate’s perfect education experience on all platforms - Coursera, Udemy, etc. We aim to be a premier career consulting company - first on the Polish market and then expanding beyond.
