S&T Dynamics Co., Ltd. is involved in the manufacturing and marketing of automobile parts, machine tools and casting products. The Company's automobile parts encompass transmissions, axles and propeller shafts, which are sold under original equipment manufacturer (OEM) brands. Its machine tools include computer numeric control (CNC) lathes, machining centers, CNC grinding machines, CNC hobbing machines, milling machines, angular grinding machines and special-purpose machines. The casting products include forklifts, construction equipment parts, aluminum die-castings, industrial castings, sand testers, spectrometers, clutch housings and related products. The Company also provides defense products consisting of heavy machine guns, automatic guns for aircraft, launching systems and power trains for armored vehicles. The Company acquired 100% stake in hwa sung AMT co.,ltd, which is mainly engaged in automobile device related businesses, effective September 1, 2008.
