In 2000, HLC Metal parts factory was founded, which was specialized in design and development of tooling, producing various types of silver, copper, and other composites contacts and electronic spring pieces. In 2006 , HLC was ISO / TS16949 certified. In 2007, HLC set up professional automatic lathe processing production line which equipped with imported high-precision CNC lathes and automatic to produce all kinds of electronics, electrical appliances, auto parts etc. In 2008, HLC renewed ISO9001: 2008 certification successfully. In 2009, HLC set up CNC machining production line which equipped with imported high-precision CNC milling machines to produce produce all kinds of electronics, electrical appliances, auto parts etc. In 2010,HLC stated to promote and implements new quality specifications of TS16949: 2009. In 2013, HLC set up professional precision casting production line to produce auto parts, electronic precision metal processing etc. In 2014, HLC set up injection molding production line to produce auto parts, electronic precision metal processing etc. In 2015, HLC started Mexico branch company to expand new Mexican market of auto parts, electronic hardware plastic accessories new auto parts, electronic hardware plastic accessories .
