HMD Trucking, Inc. (HMD Trucking) was founded in March of 1998. The Company's aim is to capitalize on a variety of opportunities in profitable market niches in the trucking industry. The Company has been highly successful in securing good margin opportunities in Over-The-Road and Contract Hauling. Presently, HMD Trucking utilizes more than 200 tractors and 400 trailers. Other opportunities are presenting themselves on a daily basis and the Company is evaluating entering other markets including the international cargo business. Its mission is to provide the highest quality, maximum value in profitable transportation services to HMD customers while meeting the needs of the Company's shareholders.
