HARKER MELLINGER CPAs

The firm of Harker Mellinger CPAs was founded in 1983 by partners Steve Harker and Ken Mellinger with the acquisition of John Byrtus' CPA practice and a few other small practices. Harker Mellinger CPAs, LLC would continue to grow in staff as well as services. In December 2007, Harker, Alicia Cox and Karen Green bought out Mellinger's ownership interest and the three remain partners. The staff, comprised of the three partners, four professionals, three paraprofessionals, and two administrative support staff built the firm's foundation with commitment to provide exceptional service to clients in Sheridan, Wyoming, as well as rural northern Wyoming and Southern Montana. This ongoing commitment as a stable, dependable member of the local business community has allowed us to grow consistently.
