Since 1908, Home & Community Health Services, Inc.* (formerly known as Enfield Visiting Nurse Association) has provided high-quality, personalized, home health care, making it possible for residents of north central Connecticut and neighboring Massachusetts to recover or simply remain in the security and comfort of their own homes. Home health care services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and are appropriate for those with a chronic illness, those recently hospitalized due to illness, accident or injury, or those who require additional help to function within their home. Our home health care services include: registered and/or licensed practical nurses home health aides hospice team mental health clinicians therapists nutritionists social workers homemakers personal care attendants When a request is made, a comprehensive assessment is done by a trained home care professional.
