J.C. Hart is committed to Hamilton County J.C. Hart is increasing its presence in Hamilton County, and specifically, Carmel, Indiana, with the recent purchase of 12.81 acres of property at 136th and Illinois, financed through Fifth Third Bank. The 235 unit apartment community, called Highpointe on Meridian, will be comprised of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom garden style apartments and townhomes and six 3-bedroom coach homes and is currently under construction. Highpointe is a planned development which will also include an assisted living facility and commercial offices. J.C. Hart has also just started construction on a joint venture with Atapco Properties of Baltimore, MD that will include 283 luxury garden style apartments, called Lakeside Apartments of Carmel, located near Guilford and Carmel Drive.
