Antony has 10 years experience in the field of chemometrics and crop phenotyping giving him a deep understanding of field based testing in agriculture. His experience working with optical hardware and machine learning processes has revealed an opportunity to bring Hone&s;s next generation testing platform out of the lab and into the hands of businesses and consumers. Dr. Jamie Flynn has a background in medical research and deep technology development. From designing electrical interfaces with neurons to building advanced 3D medical microscopes, Jamie has always had a passion for creating and sharing new technologies. He co-founded Hone to apply his skills to the exciting area of in-field chemical testing in Agriculture and hopes to improve the data legacy passed onto the next generation of farmers and land custodians. William worked in several successful managerial roles in the service industry before finding his passion in agricultural research. He has a keen eye for new technology and how to convert expensive, labour intensive tasks into efficient, high-throughout solutions. William splits his time between the Hone R&a;D workshop, and out in the field to find the most needed applications for the Hone Platform. Peter Tylee has been developing software professionally for 20 years, both in Australia and abroad. He has experience in a range of industries including finance, publishing, research, manufacturing, energy and the tech-sector, and is excited to bring his knowledge of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning to in-field chemical testing. Peter has tremendous respect for everyone making a living on the land, and feels honoured to be part of a team that is working to make farmers&s; lives easier. Simon has extensive research experience focussed on increasing seed filling and crop yield, along with professional experience as a science communicator.
